If you are not the host of this event and will not be onsite during set up, you agree to ensure that the event host is made fully aware of all set-up policies and requirements, rental return responsibilities, and related policies provided within this agreement. Failure to share and communicate these policies with the host may result in the artist leaving before your setup is complete and the forfiet of your total catering cost. Sharing this information with your host is the sole responsibility of the contracting party and shall not, under any circumstances, be deemed the fault of the set up artist or the Brie and Banquet Team.
I understand that it is my responsibility to share this contract with my event host and that all policies must be followed and are not negotiable.
All displayware must be returned CLEAN, DRY and WITHOUT DAMAGE to have the deposit fully refunded. All or part of this deposit will be kept at Brie and Banquet's discretion if not returned in perfect clean condition following your event. Cleaning fees START at $100.

By booking with Brie and Banquet, you acknowledge and agree that our artist team works on strict timelines and must complete setup without interruption. Guests, helpers, and other vendors are not permitted in our setup space at any time, and our team is not scheduled for , and will not respond to, questions during setup. Setups are never scheduled during active events, and no guest may begin eating until our team has fully completed setup and exited the site. It is solely the responsibility of the contracting party and/or host to inform all hosts, guests, helpers, and vendors of these requirements. Absolutely no photos, videos, or images of Brie & Banquet staff or pieces may be taken during setup without prior written approval. Any violation of these terms may result in our team leaving prior to completion of setup, without refund. Respect for our space and the privacy of our team is mandatory at all times.

All wood displayware including wood boards, bowls, plates and utensils can NOT be soaked and are NOT dishwasher safe. These items must be washed by hand.

I understand and will not soak wood items or put them in the dishwasher.
We do not provide table linens or covers or protection against surface scratches or scuffs. It is the customer's responsibility to protect the surface we are building on. We will never put food directly on a table/surface.

I understand and agree to these terms and will not hold Brie & Banquet responsible.
Customer shall not abuse, harm or misuse the equipment. Customer shall not permit any repairs to be made or lien to be placed upon the equipment without Brie and Banquet’s consent. In the event of any accident or incident causing bodily injury or property damage as a result of the use of, or the renting of, Brie and Banquet’s equipment, the customer agrees to accept full responsibility and shall indemnity and save harmless Brie and Banquet arising from any actions, claims, suits or judgements which may arise against Brie and Banquet. The customer further agrees to pay all legal costs incurred by Brie and Banquet in defending any such action, claim, suit or demand. The customer agrees to provide a full written report on any incident or accident including the names and addresses of witnesses. In case of the loss or destruction of any part of the equipment, or of loss of possession thereof, or inability to return the same to company, on the expiration and due date, for any reason whatsoever, Customer shall pay Brie and Banquet the actual replacement cost thereof, and addition thereto Brie and Banquet’s loss of use of said equipment.
