We work with highly perishable ingredients and inclusions.

We do not accept returns or cancellations, or offer order changes, refunds, credits, or transfers of any kinds. All payments are non-refundable.

Grazing Table & Grazing Board booking deposits are specific to the date booked and are not transferable to new dates or refundable.

We hate saying no! However we are a boutique catering co and micro-business. To maintain our very high standard we do have a maximum amount of production possible each day.

We recommend booking with us as soon as you have a firm date, we offer a small Save-The-Date deposit to secure your date while we work together to create your dream B&B menu.

Holiday Hours

We are open December 23 without minimum spend.

We recommend that you place your order, or complete your booking deposit, as soon as you have a firm date. For onsite catering setups; total guest count and final balances are not due until 7 days prior to your event date.

We do not hold dates without placed orders or completed booking deposits.

Hours + Availability

We (usually) require 48 hours notice.

We ask for as much notice as possible for larger orders to ensure that we have the best and freshest supplies to fill your order to our very high standard.

Large event bookings and onsite setups are booked first-come-first-served and are subject to availability - if you have finalized a date, we recommend booking with us asap.

Delivery & Pickup Info.

CATERING PACKAGES, ONSITE CATERING & GRAZING TABLES

We offer onsite event catering, including setup, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We service Calgary and most towns and cities within 200kms. Standard delivery charges apply. Out of town charges apply to events outside of Calgary.

All catering bookings that include set up onsite must first confirm that the date/time is available prior to booking. Once you have submitted an inquiry form, we will reply within 5 days to confirm that your date is available. Dates are not held until payments have been made.

VIRTUAL EVENT DELIVERIES

We are flexible with virtual event delivery times based on the number of deliveries and the virtual event start time. Please reach out to us at grazing@brieandbanquet.com and we will work together to make sure all attendees receive their event packages in time.

PICKUPS

Available Wednesday thru Sunday from 11am to 2pm for orders of any size, and by appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays for orders over $500, at 524 42 Ave SE Calgary. If you do not arrive during the pickup time you will miss your opportunity to pick up for that day. Delivery can not be added without 48 hours notice. Once you arrive please TEXT 403.874.7006 with your name and order number. We are a closed catering kitchen and studio, so our front door is always kept locked and our team has been instructed not to respond to knocking.

DELIVERIES

We offer standard to-the-door delivery Wednesday thru Sunday for orders of any size, and by appointment on Mondays and Tuesdays for orders over $500. We offer one delivery window for general deliveries 10am - 5pm. We can not guarantee exact delivery times. During checkout we will ask for your event start time and work with you to have your items arrive before your event starts.

Please ensure that you are including buzzer codes if applicable. If there is no one home to accept delivery, items will automatically be left outside the front door or in the lobby. Additional delivery charges will apply for second attempts and/or incorrect addresses - our drivers must be paid for their time and milage.

Calgary Central — $15 Flat Fee.

Calgary Outer including Rockyview County, Red Wood Meadows, Bearspaw, Elbow Valley — $25 flat rate.

Cochrane, Okotoks & Airdrie - $50 flat rate.

Banff + Canmore dependent on location and accessibility, starts at $200+

Our delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on shipping address postal codes. Some discrepancies may exist in this listing above. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

Monthly Subscription Boxes are delivered on the First Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of every month dependent on the day you selected on your first order - SOME EXCEPTIONS APPLY - 2024 delivery dates are listed HERE.

Subscription deliveries are done between 10am - 5pm. We can not guarantee delivery times for subscriptions. Subscriptions do not include delivery charges.

If you can not make one of your subscription dates work, we can postpone that delivery and extend your subscription an additional month, no problem. We can not deliver on different dates with subscriptions.

Subscriptions are set up on an autopay program and renew monthly, on the monthly anniversary of your original order date. You will receive your subscription box on the next subscription delivery date following your most recent payment - we do not deliver orders before they have been created/paid for. Requesting an early delivery your first month, may lead to a missed delivery the following month.

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to fill an order, however we ask for 7 days minimum notice for grazing/catering orders serving 30+ people.

    Sometimes we can fill orders with only 24 hours notice or less, TEXT 403.874.7006 to confirm that we have the supplies before placing your order.

    We can accommodate a very large number of orders each day, however we do have a limit and do occasionally fully book up. We recommend you place your order as soon as you have confirmed your date, to reserve your spot!

  • Overall visual design will vary from piece to piece though will always have Brie & Banquet’s unique styling, signature look and the serving size described.

    No two B&B pieces are ever the same and we like it that way and choose NOT to use boring planogram styling - it’s your own piece on edible art!

    The pieces in our images are actual client orders. We have a proprietary method for measuring serving sizes and ensuring that every piece offers at least what is described. We have made thousands of grazing pieces and have loads of experience.

    Some garnishes and fruit selections may change slightly based on seasonal availability, however we strive to ensure consistently high quality every time.

  • Yes! Brie & Banquet has operated out of an approved AHS licensed food facility for over 5 years. We hold all of the required licenses, permits and certifications to run a safe food business in Alberta and work out of our own amazing catering kitchen.

    We take great pride in the rigidity of our cleanliness and attention to detail, in every area of our business. We believe that is in unethical and unsafe to run an unlicensed food business out of a home.

    We are also licensed to deliver and serve alcohol and have a gorgeous selection of beautiful beverage offerings.

  • We make all of our grazing pieces to order, the same day of your delivery/pickup. This is our bold commitment to maximum freshness and we do generally recommend scheduling your delivery/pickup for the same day of your event to continue this commitment.

    However, we understand that isn’t always possible, so we do everything on our end to improve longevity. Some pieces do hold up better than others.

    Grazing Platters can be kept in the fridge and served up to 36 hours after delivery/pickup. Keep in mind that condensation will affect the texture of crunchy items. The longevity of these makes them a fabulous choice for next day brunches, and gifts when you don’t know the recipients meal plans.

    Solo Grazing Boxes are best consumed within 12 hours of delivery/pickup and are best kept in a cool, dry location, out of direct sunlight with very minimal moisture - the clear lids may take on unsightly condensation and make crackers soggy if kept in a standard fridge. That said, we have had hundreds of clients store their Solo Boxes overnight in the fridge, without issue. Textural changes and slight colour transfer are likely, and totally safe.

    Cracker + Stick Boxes will last up to 3 days when stored in a cool, dry place.

    Small Bites are recommended to consume the same day of delivery or pickup.

  • Yes! We offer gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, no pork, no nuts, and halal options!

    As you are going through checkout, you will click the option you need while placing your order.

    One exception is our Monthly Subscription Picnic Boxes, they are only available with or without meat.

  • To keep our pricing accessible to as many as possible while minimizing food waste, we choose the inclusions based on the freshest market finds for each week.

    Cheese selection is client’s choice for our Round Grazing Platters. And of course we LOVE to talk about cheese, so if there is a must have for your Grazing Table please let us know!

    Selections are seasonal and always high quality and delicious! Inclusions and selections are chosen specifically to appeal to a broad scope of tastes and pairings. No exceptionally spicy items, blue or stinky cheeses are included (unless selected by you) in our standard grazing pieces.

    All of our pieces pair fabulously with beer, wine, bubbles and any of our non-alcoholic offerings. You can find the list of inclusions on each of our product pages.
