What to Expect After You Inquire

Once we receive your inquiry, our Client Care team will review your event details and respond by email with availability, recommendations and the next steps for booking.

You will not be left to navigate the process alone. We provide written guidance and reminders throughout your planning so that you always know what is needed and when.

To protect the accuracy of your event details, all menu selections, timing, payments, rental information and booking decisions are managed by emails and online order forms rather than by telephone. Please provide an email address you check regularly and add grazing@brieandbanquet.com to your contacts.

Brie & Banquet operates from our private commercial catering kitchen at 524 42 Ave SE Calgary, AB

Our kitchen is not open for retail walk-ins. All catering orders, pickups, and rental returns must be arranged in advance through our website.
