For a cocktail or light appetizer serving, we recommend at least 3 - 5 pieces per person. For a daytime meal serving we recommend 6 - 8 pieces per person. For an evening meal serving, we recommend 8 - 10 pieces per person. However, this number depends on the individual selections as some have more heft than others.
