We’re throwing a Pairing Party!
We’re exploring the limits of fermented barley and cultured milk; beer and cheese! We’ll be sampling 5 beers (and mayyyybe a bonus or two) specially paired with 10+ cheeses, along with a variety of accompaniments; crackers, butters, breads, and spreads.
Brie & Banquet is bringing the whole farm, the cheese will be stacked high and piled pretty, it’s an all you can cheese affair. Expect to learn a little, and taste a lot!

We hate saying no! However we are a boutique catering co and micro-business. To maintain our very high standard we do have a maximum amount of production possible each day.
We recommend booking with us as soon as you have a firm date! We offer a small Save-The-Date deposit to secure your date while we work together to create your dream B&B menu.
