Our signature Cheese & Charcuterie Platters make a beautiful centrepiece and pair wonderfully with our a la carte small bites, sandwiches and salad cups.

A Little Advice on Variety

While variety is part of the fun, too many choices can make things harder for guests to enjoy. To keep your table feeling abundant, beautiful, and easy to graze, we recommend no more than 9 menu selections, with at least one piece of each selection per guest (and more for favourites!).

This creates a beautifully balanced menu with generous quantities of each selection, rather than just a little bit of everything.

The perfect amount is guided by the occasion, style of service and your budget. Drawing on years of catering experience, and many happy clients, we’ve developed the following serving recommendations to help you plan your menu with confidence.
